The Glimmered-Up Series:
Real tools for being a gloriously messy, gloriously human person.
This five-part series is for anyone who’s ever felt overwhelmed, under-resourced, or just plain done. Through embodied practices, nervous system magic, and honest-to-goodness compassion, each workshop meets you right where you are—messy, reactive, beautiful human that you are.
💢 Angry. 💔 Needy. 🚨 Triggered. 🎭 Dramatic. 🦜 Judgy.
Yeah, we go there.Join us in May for some nervous system repair, soul-deep resonance, and a little light in the dark. Pre-recorded + live options available.

NEEDY: How to unapologetically have needs
A tender, radical reframe for every human with a body (aka you).
We all have needs. But thanks to shame, ableism, and grind culture, many of us have learned to apologize for them—or worse, ignore them entirely.
Needy is part of the Glimmered-Up Series at School of Reverence. You can join us live or take the on-demand workshop anytime—it’s designed to meet you where you are.

Triggered: How to Glimmer Up through the Hard Stuff
workshop for humans who feel things (aka all of us).
We all get triggered—full stop. It’s not a flaw, it’s not a failure. It’s part of being gloriously, painfully alive.
Triggered is a tender, playful, and radically kind workshop where we stop pretending we’re fine—and start building resilience through glimmers, not grit.

Where emotional intensity is sacred—not shameful.
If you’ve ever been told you’re “too sensitive,” “too emotional,” or “too dramatic,” this is your space to reframe all that noise. Because drama isn’t excess—it’s energy. And emotional intensity? That’s wisdom, baby.

Judgy: How to work with projections
Your inner critic’s not invited—but your curiosity is.
Judgy is part of the Glimmered-Up Workshop Series at School of Reverence, available live or on demand—because shame spirals don’t run on a schedule.
We all judge. We all project. And then, in a spicy little plot twist, we judge ourselves for judging. This workshop is not about becoming an endlessly compassionate, perfect being (please no). It’s about noticing the very human ways judgment shows up—through our bodies, our language, and our tangled little stories.
Live: Friday May 30th 9AM-10:30AM PST
On Zoom

ANGRY: How to Alchemize aggression into clarity
Anger isn’t the problem—it’s the portal.
In this workshop (available live or on-demand), we dive into the raw, misunderstood terrain of anger—not to shut it down, but to hear what it’s really trying to say. We’re not here to “calm down.” We’re here to get curious.
Angry is part of the Glimmered-Up Series at School of Reverence. You can join us live or take the on-demand workshop anytime—it’s designed to meet you where you are.
